Portraits - last of '21 first of '22

It’s been a long time since my last post. I can’t believe that January is nearly over! The beggining of the new year is very interesting and busy. Unfortunatelly it didn’t leave too much time for photography, but I am not worried as I am confident I will catch up soon. Today I would like to share with you results from two sessions: the very last session in 2021 and the very first session in 2022.

The last portraits of 2021. My friend, beautiful Tundi, had her hair done for a party that never happened in the end (thanks covid), and she thought to have some pictures taken. Glad to help!

We went to the “Christmas Studio”, set it up for the portrait session, and let’s get to work! Some two hours and a few outfits later we called it a day. Oh, I am calling it the “Christmas Studio”, because there I had this amazing Christmas setup, that brought a bit of joy and many smiles to the faces of the young models. And all the memories… so many memories saved on digital or paper. I love photography!

Tundi is very happy with the results, and I must immodestly admit that I really like them as well. Please have a look and judge yourself.

As she was changing in a different outfit I decided to try and do one of those fancy selfies. Yeah, this will do just fine!

My first session in the New Year was booked for 2nd January. I was very excited about it, but sadly the session got cancelled (thanks covid). Fortunatelly I can always count on my best model and dear friend Daniela. Back at the “Christmas Studio”, the backdrop in the position, lights on the stands, the transmitter on the camera, and … action! Two hours easily passed and after we had a quick look through the files. Daniela loved the pictures.

Oh, while Daniela was changing the outfit I was adjusting the lights with my kind helper, Gingerina Breder.

Hopefully, I am not going to need two months for the next post!

Godspeed!
